About the Segmentation Model

This user-friendly web application is designed to analyse behavioural data and create AI-powered personas. Ideal for marketing, research, or business analytics, the tool turns complex data into clear, actionable insights. Simply upload your consumer dataset (CSV format with an ID column and numeric values like purchase frequency or engagement metrics), and let the system reveal distinct customer segments based on attributes and behaviours.

Privacy and Data Protection Policy

At Marketing Sciences Limited (MSL), we prioritise the security and privacy of your data. Any file you upload is processed only in-session and permanently deleted once the session ends.

Data Collection and Use

The Segmentation Web App processes only the data you voluntarily upload. It is your responsibility to ensure no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is included, such as names, emails, or phone numbers. Our system is built to handle anonymised behavioural or numeric data only.

Data Processing and Security

Uploaded data resides temporarily in our server’s memory (RAM) and is used exclusively for segmentation. All communication is protected using SSL/TLS encryption.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Session-Based Deletion: Clicking "Terminate Session" deletes all uploaded data and generated results instantly.
• Automatic Deletion: Inactive sessions (30 minutes) are automatically terminated with full data removal.
• No Backups: No copies or backups of your data are ever created.

Your Responsibilities

You must ensure your uploaded data is anonymised, accurate, and legally compliant. By using the MSL Segmentation Web App, you consent to this Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
